Licence (TDVL) Course
All taxi drivers in Singapore are required to have a valid Taxi Driver’s
Vocational Licence (TDVL) hire a taxi.

Who can apply?
LTA requirements
- Be at least 30 years old
- Be a Singapore Citizen
- Possess a valid Class 3/3A Driving Licence
- Do not have at least a D7 grade or equivalent in English for GCE O/N Level, click here to get your workplace literacy assessment
Applicants must obtain
- LTA approval letter to attend the Vocational Licence Course (ATC)
- For medical and Chest X-ray examination, kindly refer to LTA approval letter for instruction
