1. This campaign period is from 01 November 2026 – 30 November 2026. 
2. Every ride that a user enters the promo code during the campaign period entitles them to one chance to win a lucky draw prize
3. The promo code <LUCKYNOV26> is valid for all payment methods and only applicable for rides booked via Zig app. 
4. The promo code <LUCKYNOV26> is not applicable for “Pay For Street Hail” or “Scan and Ride” rides.  
5. The promo code <LUCKYNOV26> holds $0 in value. 
6. The validity of each promo code redemption will be verified at each booking.  
7. The promo codes are considered redeemed upon successful completion of each trip. 
8. Each user is limited to 10 redemptions of the promo code which entitles each user to a maximum of 10 chances of winning a prize.  
9. A total of 15 winners will be chosen:  
   • 2-Night staycation in a Family Retreat room at Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree: 1 winner will be selected 
   • 2-Night staycation in a Sanctuary room at Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree: 2 winners will be selected

10. All winners will be notified via email address registered on the Zig App within 7 working days after the end of the campaign. The winners’ prizes are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 
11. By participating in this campaign, please note that you are consenting to Zig by ComfortDelGro to collect information, including your name, contact number and email address for contact purposes, should you win. Your redemption may be forfeited if you’re unable to comply with this condition. 
12. To ensure transparency and fair play, by accepting the prize via email, winners agree to participate in publicity activities, including but not limited to having their photos taken for announcement and marketing purposes on Zig by ComfortDelGro’s official platforms. In the event that a winner declines to participate, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible winner at Zig by ComfortDelGro’s discretion.
